Price of Speakers

Before booking a guest speaker one of the typical questions is “What is the speaker’s price?”. This can vary, of course, and many different factors must be taken into consideration, but here at A-Speakers we aim to negotiate the best price for your next event speaker.

When booking a keynote speaker for a business event, we will typically ask;

• What is the location for the keynote?
• Which type of keynote presentation are you looking for?
• Do you have a specific guest speaker in mind?
• How long do you expect the keynote presentation to be?

After discussing these elements with you, we will contact several guest speakers or the specific requested speaker, and we will negotiate prices for you based on the criteria’s you have listed. If your company/organization has a certain budget we will try to match this with a relevant speaker. When you are presented with the price, this will usually cover the speaker’s preparation time and the presentation itself. In addition to speaker’s price or fee, you have to keep in mind that transportation costs will also be added, to cover the speaker’s travels.
