    “Communication 2.0”

    • Despite the fact that we are able to remain in constant touch – or perhaps because of it – communication breakdowns seem to occur with increasing frequency. This session will cover how to best communicate via email, text, phone, and even (gasp) in person. Frances will talk about how to maximize both one-on-one and team meetings; how to navigate both the business lunch and the after-hours function; how to ensure an effective personal or product review; and how to clean up an electronic communication breakdown. She will also demonstrate the art of the interruption, the polite refusal, and the elegant extrication; and clear up once and for all why you never, ever have a crisis.
