How to build a company with continuous profitable growth?

    • Innovation is a key for growth, but how to be sure that it is continuous and profitable? The usual approach is having one group of people focusing on the innovation, marketing, sales and growth, in short, on creating demand, and another group—on satisfying the demand all the while cutting the costs.
    • This approach—when it works—also generates many frictions. Isaac will show how world-class companies involve everyone in the company to both drive growth and take care of costs. This not only guarantees a double-digit continuous profitable growth, but also replaces friction by enjoyment at work.

Free the initiative in your company

    • Many MBAs teach and companies practice motivating employees to do a better job but one famous general doesn’t agree. “I would rather restrain wild horses than motivate mules”, he said. The challenge is thus not how to motivate, but how to have self-motivated initiative-taking people.
    • Based on his firsthand observations, Isaac delivers illustrations and principles behind world-class companies who have successfully transformed their employees and achieved tremendous performance. “If you put fences around people, you get sheep. Give people the room they need“, said the first 3M visionary CEO, William McKnight. Isaac follows to explain what these companies did to provide room to their wild horses and to make them racing champions.

    Innovative people-based strategies

    • One big car manufacturer has acquired another for $35 billion worth $5 billion several years later. And Ford Motors writes on the wall of their “war room” running company’s escape from bankruptcy: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. It’s a widely-known truth that the continuously top-performing companies differ from their followers not in the quality of their strategies, but in these strategies’ execution—which means people involvement and appropriation of company’s vision.
    • Based on his firsthand observations of world-class companies, Isaac explains the innovative approaches they have implemented to involve their people in the perfect execution of corporate vision and strategies.
