Playing it safe will not take you anywhere” — Jason Lauritsen

All his life, Jason has felt a desire to better the processes and systems around him. This drive led him to a successful career making the experience of “work” more rewarding and fulfilling for his clients. To do this, Jason has helped leaders build organizations that are good for both people and profits–first as an entrepreneur, then a corporate HR executive, then as a consultant, researcher, and speaker.

Jason knows what makes a great workplace as he recently led the research team for Quantum Workplace’s Best Places to Work program. There, he studied the employee experience at thousands of companies to understand what the best workplaces in the world do differently than the rest.

Jason is the Co-Author of “Social Gravity: Harnessing The Natural Laws of Relationships” and a frequently published writer and blogger on employee engagement, culture and leadership.
