Best described as a Cultural Architect, Javier Bajer has helped many major global organizations exceed their business objectives through the transformation of their cultures. Javier Bajer holds a PhD in Behavioural Change and an MSc in Neurosciences, and uses his insight into human behaviour to help businesses and governments build the cultures they need to achieve their purpose. He is the founding CEO of The Talent Foundation, a not-for-profit, independent organization dedicated to finding concrete answers to the challenge of unlocking human talent and optimizing learning.
A former Senior Executive at Accenture in London, he advises a wide-range of institutions and organizations: from HSBC to Buckingham Palace. Javier Bajer has been instrumental in the success of some of the world’s largest mergers. He is extraordinarily talented at transforming a company’s good intentions, often founded in values and mission statements, into sustainable habits across the organization in a matter of months, not years.
Javier Bajer frequently addresses international conferences on Leadership and Culture and collaborates with the media through a variety of channels. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Strategic HR Review, an active Fellow of the RSA, and a Professor of Culture Change at Business Schools in Europe and America.
As a speaker, Javier Bajer’s passionate style combines humour and high team interaction with the introduction of new ways of thinking, concluding always in a bold call to action. His sessions help participants challenge the barriers they experience when facing change, whether individual or collective.
