    UNDERSTANDING DISRUPTION

Disruption is something of a buzzword – a term associated with strategic business planning. Disruption is when a company challenges existing business models through radical innovation – something everybody, and in good right, think about. Tune Hein will show the way through the labyrinth, pointing out patterns in the wave of new business models, innovations and entrepreneurship threatening most industries. We all know the stories of Airbnb, Apple and Tesla who disrupted their respective businesses. BUT it is happening to your workplace too and it is happening now!

What can we do to be ready for disruption? What are the must-win-battles that must be fought in order to survive the disruption you might face tomorrow? Why is digitalisation happening just now? What can we learn from the industries that were hit first? And why is all of this far bigger and more important than just five years ago?

This is an inspiring presentation, a wake up call enabling you to face the challenge – after all, digitalisation will come for you too, maybe sooner than you think!

    You will learn:

    • The patterns and trends of disruption
    • Lots of examples of what the new players are doing – and what kind of disruption to expect
    • How to be prepared
    • What will it take from the organisation and leaders?
    • Based on the bestseller, Disruption Or Die!

    LEADERSHIP OF THE FUTURE

    • Digital business models, the generation Y workforce, network organisations, globalisation, disruption, technology and new consumers. It is everywhere – but what does this mean in terms of leadership? What remains because deep down we are still stone age people with iPhones, and what will change radically? Have a look in the crystal ball and let Tune Hein tell you about leadership of the future.
    • This is a presentation that challenges our ways of thinking leadership as well as offering thoughts on the future. Change will never be this slow again – there will be a lot to think about. You will learn what kind of world to expect and how to lead, what will change radically and what remains – and you will get lots of examples of where the future has already begun and how to prepare yourself for it.
