About Mindfulness

    • Originally linked to a number of Buddhist traditions, Mindfulness has gained popularity as an effective antidote to ever-increasing pace of life in the modern world, with more and more people across the world becoming reliant on technology and social media.
    • Since the 1970’s there have been numerous clinical studies extolling the virtues of Mindfulness, Psychologists are actively recommending it as an effective tool for self reflection and help relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety.
