In this talk, Andi will challenge listeners to “rethink” themselves as women and men. Her new book, “Rethink: Smashing the Myths of Women in Business,” chronicles the lives of 10 myth-busting women, as well as her own. She will share with you her journey of discovery as she interviewed women who defied those who said they couldn’t and instead, forged new paths for other women to follow. These women rethought what they could do, and without asking permission, achieved remarkable success. They have quite literally “smashed the myths of women in business.” Equally important to their stories have been the men and partners in their lives as teammates, supporters, and definers of what women can become.
