The event with Arnold was terrific.  He did a great job of engaging the tables throughout successfully kept them awake and interested in an hour and a half.  He was easy to listen to and very accessible.  I also TRULY appreciated his flexibility with the rehearsal timing, as we were not ready for him when we had said we would be.  He was kind, patient, and gracious about it.  He was terrific, and I would definitely use him again!!
