"Insightful", "Inspiring", "Stimulating", "Awesome". All words used by attendees to describe the masterclass recently delivered by Shane on the topic of simplicity and innovation. The perspective that Shane introduced transformed a potentially complex and challenging conceptual approach into something accessible, practical, and impactful - demonstrating how approaches very different from our typical way of thinking and working can add new value. In addition, Shane is an exceptionally engaging speaker. He managed to deliver ideas with clarity and simplicity and in a way that captured the attention and imaginations of the audience throughout. Shane instantly captured and swiftly opened up the minds of our employees at our global kickoff conference. Even within our limiting, virtual conference setting, Shane managed to create a highly immersive landscape that led us on a vivid, thought-provoking journey, colorfully demonstrating new ways of thinking in order to achieve true collaboration. Beyond our initial prep call to share our objectives, Shane clearly went the extra mile to study our company in much more depth, infusing relevant and relatable content into his performance. Shane checked all of the boxes in what we were seeking in a motivational speaker – charismatic, insightful, humorous, brilliant, personable, engaging, inspirational and an ENORMOUS breath of fresh air! I am eternally grateful to Shane and his management team for being so responsive, flexible and amazing to partner with!
