The keynote speaker Stephen Frost is a globally recognized expert on diversity, inclusion and leadership who works with clients to embed inclusive leadership in their decision-making.
Stephen Frost started his career in advertising, where he worked on disability and age awareness campaigns. From 2004-2007, he served as Workplace Director at Stonewall, a leading British LGBT rights organization. In this position, he grew the Diversity Champions programme to the largest of its kind worldwide with more than 600 members. He launched the UK’s first LGBT recruitment guide, established the Stonewall Leadership Programme, and developed the Workplace Equality Index, which has since become the standard applied across most leading employers.
From 2007-2012, our exceptional speaker Stephen Frost was Head of Diversity and Inclusion & Chief of Staff for the London Organizing Committee, responsible for designing, leading, and implementing the inclusions programs for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games. Responsibilities included diversity across a workforce of 200,000 people, $2 billion procurement spend, accessibility at 134 venues, and 57 delivery functions to inclusivity in an 11 million ticket programme.
In 2012 Stephen founded Frost Included, a consulting firm which delivers tailor-made diversity and inclusion strategies to businesses and organizations. He teaches Inclusive Leadership at Harvard Business School, Singapore Management University, and the Paris Institute of Political Studies, and serves as an Advisor to the British Government and the White House. In 2014-15, he worked in-house at KPMG as Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
Nor surprisingly, the talented speaker Stephen Frost is also the author of The Inclusion Imperative: How Real Inclusion Creates Better Business and Builds Better Societies (Kogan Page, 2014) and Inclusive Talent Management: How Businesses Can Thrive in an Age of Diversity (Kogan Page, 2016). He is a former Hertford College Scholar at Oxford University and Fulbright Scholar at Harvard. In 2010, he received the Peter Robertson Award for Equality and Diversity Champions and in 2011 he was named a 2011 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He was recently voted one of the top 100 influential LGBT people in the UK.

As Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the London Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Ltd., Stephen Frost was responsible for incorporating diversity and inclusion across the 200,000 person workforce, volunteers and contractors, as well as in the $2 billion procurement program and all aspects of service delivery. Stephen shares how diversity and inclusion were embedded in 57 departments, 134 venues and 8,000 torchbearers and resulted in reduced recruitment costs and contributed to supply chain savings of over $150 million.
