Vlatka is Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult Ashridge Executive Education and Senior Expert for Korn Ferry. Her previous academic roles include Visiting Professor in the Department of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London; Visiting Faculty positions at Cass Business School, University of the Arts London, and London Business School; and Professor of Business and Management at the University of Westminster. She is Honorary President at the Academy of Executive Coaching and part of the global faculty at FT/IE Headspring Executive Education and Duke Executive Education. Alongside these roles, she is the founder and CEO of Management Shift Solutions, offering leading-edge services for individual and organisational transformation.
