In my career of almost 25 years, Amy is the single best facilitator I've ever worked with. My background is in Communications so I've worked with many. Amy stands apart for her ability to establish group trust and then create extremely engaging conversations that draw in all types of participants and dig deep into truly meaningful topics that are transformative. Amy is an invaluable mix of left and right brain also that grounds the soft skills she coaches in hard science. I first met Amy through a Stanford Continuing Ed course on conversational IQ and then introduced her to my company's entire leadership team to facilitate our gatherings. Amy is one of the most gifted facilitators I've ever worked with. In a matter of hours, she'd helped us shift our thinking on how our behavior and communication as leaders affects the outcomes in our company, and over the course of a weekend, she'd completely changed our relationships with each other. I can't recommend Amy highly enough

I first encountered Amy when working at LinkedIn. She hosted several Own the Room (public speaking and communication) workshops and stood out amongst many coaches I have encountered in my career. Fast forward three years, she has been our executive coach for six months. Already, she has been transformative. A relationship with Amy is one of the best investments one can make if you are interested in diving into the root causes of things (versus adopting a list of tactics).

Fresh, innovative, and immediately convincing approach to teambuilding and communication coaching. Amy has a profound knowledge about the neurological factors underlying our perception of others and their impact on communication and behavior. She uses this to successfully coach more effective leadership and team building. We were impressed and convinced by her work.

Her ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and provide clear, actionable guidance has not only helped individuals and teams thrive but has inspired lasting change in both personal and professional sense. Amy led a talk, workshop, and a series of coaching sessions for us during a company offsite. She introduced us to a shared vocabulary that helped us understand the impact of our words and the intention we brought to our collective conversations. Two years later, we still rely heavily on this vocabulary to quickly align on the type of conversation we want to have. It’s remarkable to see how many points of friction in an interaction can instantly dissolve when we understand each other’s intentions and goals. For this reason alone, our investment in the workshop has delivered tremendous returns. The coaching sessions took it even further by providing employees with an objective, skilled listener to help clarify their individual challenges, significantly contributing to their growth. More importantly, it demonstrated that the company truly cared about their development, fostering trust across the team. All in all, I couldn’t recommend working with Amy more highly!

I highly recommend Amy for executive coaching. I had the privilege of working with her through personalized 1-on-1 sessions, and the experience was truly transformative. Amy has an exceptional ability to help individuals develop essential leadership qualities, particularly in building trust and enhancing both conversational IQ and emotional intelligence (EQ). She creates a safe, supportive environment that encourages honest reflection, while equipping clients with practical tools that can be applied immediately. Through her expert guidance, I gained a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and learned how to navigate it effectively. Amy is deeply committed to unlocking the potential in others, and I am confident she can help anyone reach new heights in their leadership journey.

Keynotes

Keynote by Amy Eliza Wong:

Mastering Conversational Intelligence®

Turn every conversation into a catalyst for trust, alignment, and decisive action.

What if every status update, Slack ping, or hallway chat could double as rocket fuel for collaboration? Amy’s work reveals a powerful truth: culture scales or sputters, one conversation at a time. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and decades of coaching global leaders, she illustrates how curiosity-driven dialogue unearths hidden insight, dissolves defensiveness, and forges fast trust.

Amy shows that consistent micro-shifts in language compound like interest, creating cultures where ideas travel faster than hierarchy.

This isn’t theoretical inspiration; it’s a practical, field-tested framework anyone can master. Her central insight is simple yet profound: when leaders learn to listen to connect (not to reply) and speak to serve (not to impress), every interaction becomes a force-multiplier for alignment and execution.

Key Takeaways:

  • Elevate Conversational IQ: Identify and neutralize reflexes that sabotage listening and trust.

  • Spark Rapid Alignment: Guide teams from “who said what” to “what are we building together.”

  • Activate Psychological Safety: Embed conversational norms that invite candor and multiply innovation.

  • Accelerate Execution: Create shared realities through conversationally intelligent dialogue and shorten feedback loops and reduce rework.

  • Scale a Culture of Influence: Equip leaders to model dialogue that inspires engagement beyond their direct reports.

Keynote by Amy Eliza Wong:

Change One Word, Change Your Life

Release the parking brake you didn’t even know was on.

What if the biggest brake on your organization’s potential is a single word hiding in plain sight? Amy exposes how “should” is a symptom of pervasive unnecessary resistance, suppressing experimentation, and fueling burnout. Through riveting stories, Amy demonstrates that deleting “should” isn’t semantic trivia; it’s a neurological upgrade.

By shifting from obligation (“I should finish this report”) to vision (“I choose to finish this report because …”), leaders trigger dopamine-rich motivation circuits that expand creative problem-solving, resilience, and greater well-being. These micro-shifts compound like interest, snowballing into cultures where people act from purpose, not pressure; where decisions are guided by core values, not outside expectations. The result? Higher engagement, faster execution, and a workplace that feels electrifying instead of exhausting.

Key Takeaways:

  • Drop Unnecessary Resistance: Identify and replace language that triggers shame and stagnation and eats up valuable bandwidth.

  • Boost Creative Capacity: Free teams to experiment without the weight of unmet “shoulds.”

  • Make Values Visible: Anchor decisions to vision and purpose, driving clarity and speed.

  • Fuel Resilient Engagement: Convert external pressure into intrinsic motivation that lasts.

  • Scale Authentic Leadership: Model transparent, choice-driven approaches that cascade through the organization.

Keynote by Amy Eliza Wong:

Unlock a Growth Mindset

Shift the spotlight, claim your stance, and turn the impossible into actual.

What if every constraint your team feels is simply a mindset waiting to be reframed? Amy’s work proves that limitations evaporate when leaders redirect the “spotlight” of their attention from self-protection to shared purpose. She illustrates this through vivid stories of clients who moved from quiet burnout to record-breaking innovation. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and systems thinking, Amy unpacks a repeatable framework for transforming inward-facing focus into productive, life-giving momentum.

With a simple flip of a switch, hesitation gives way to wise clarity and bold action. Her core insight is simple yet profound: deliberate and intentional focus fuels professional courage, which in turn drives organizational breakthroughs. When every individual shines their light of attention off of self and onto an intentional we-centric stance, collective potential multiplies exponentially and the impossible becomes the possible.

Key Takeaways:

  • Replace fear with ownership: Quiet the threat response so teams move from hesitation to decisive action.

  • Adopt the Spotlight Framework™: A repeatable, four-step method to align personal growth with organizational objectives.

  • Build trust that scales: Micro-habits that create psychological safety and dismantle silos.

  • Turn feedback into fuel: Language that reframes discomfort as data, accelerating innovation.

  • Ignite a culture of momentum: Align every spotlight on the same target, driving measurable gains in engagement, retention, and revenue.

The Universal Truth That’s Holding You Back

Flip the fear of rejection, replace imposter syndrome with grounded confidence, and watch performance soar.

What if the #1 inhibitor to your organization’s momentum is a 200,000-year-old alarm system? Amy reveals how the brain’s ancient need for tribe approval influences our habits of perception, interpretation, and action. Disguising itself as perfectionism, over-preparation, or quiet compliance, the fear of rejection subtly hijacks today’s meetings, sales calls, and career moves. Through stories and neuroscience insights, she demonstrates that fear of rejection isn’t a flaw; it’s a feature we can work with.

By harnessing the power of focus, Amy equips audiences with a repeatable switch that converts anxiety into agency and confusion to clarity. Small mindset shifts compound like interest, creating cultures where feedback feels welcome, risk-taking feels obvious, and imposter syndrome becomes a thing of the past. Her message is this: once you truly understand the neurobiology of rejection, you don’t have to be a victim of its silent effects – courage becomes your default setting and extraordinary results follow.

Key Takeaways:

  • Convert Anxiety to Agency: Channel the rejection reflex into decisive, value-creating action.

  • Defeat Imposter Syndrome: Replace self-doubt with clarity, courage, and ownership.

  • Boost Psychological Safety: Model language that makes bold ideas and honest feedback the norm.

  • Accelerate Innovation: Free teams to test, learn, and iterate without fear of judgment or failure.

  • Scale Courageous Culture: Ensure every leader’s bravery cascades through their teams and across silos.
