    Teen Mental Health & Suicide Prevention: What you need to know

    Adolescence is a turbulent time, for them and often for their parents. It is helpful to know what is “normal” adolescent development and when mental health challenges arise, as well as what to do in order to protect them and minimize the risk they become suicidal.
