He founded Training for Winners in 1995 after 18 colorful years in key leadership roles in the luxury hotel business with Westin, Fairmont, and Park Lane Hotels. Gary credits earning his Bachelor’s Degree from The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University for giving him an early foundation for success. Since 1998 he has taken an active role in the school’s alumni association, were he is currently immediate past president and chairman of the board.
