I haven't witnessed a more inspirational speaker than Herve. The importance of emotional intelligence can't be stressed enough, and if anyone is able to explain it using first-hand examples, it is you, Hervé DOAN. Such an inspiring story!

While working with Herve in different situations, it became evident to me that he possesses a transparent, direct and cooperative working and management style. He encourages his employees, peers and higher managers and entrusts them with responsibilities to foster their growth and development - mainly through the emotional energy@work initiative, which he initiated and pushed at Airbus. With this initiative he actively contributed to the development of the emotional intelligence topic at Airbus amongst many managers and managed to put this topic on a very high level at the company - with positive effects to the managers, their teams and the overall coworking.

I've had the privilege of hearing Hervé speak at two conferences now. He's a really inspirational and credible speaker, and his passion for improving teams' performances through improving emotional intelligence in the workplace really comes through. I'd highly recommend Hervé as a public speaker.
