Josh’s work has reached some of the world’s biggest stages. In 2026, he was selected to contribute to the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies, where he designed and delivered the motivational kickoff for over 1,100 volunteers.

Working inside the athlete compound at San Siro Stadium, he also engaged directly with more than 1,100 Olympic athletes moments before they stepped into the global spotlight. In front of 80,000 attendees and over 25 million viewers worldwide, he helped athletes find focus, composure, and clarity before representing their nations.
