We had Lee Rubin speak at our first-ever all-employee meeting, and WOW! Prior to the meeting, he took the time to understand our culture, our history, and what we were looking to accomplish. He was able to weave in some company-specific items into his talk, which really helped drive his lessons home. He had the audience extremely engaged, at some points laughing hysterically, and everyone was raving about him afterward. Our President even referenced his “5 C’s” in a company-wide email after the event.
