After a 30 year career in the corporate world, coach and speaker Steve McNicholas followed his passion to help as many individuals, teams and organisations understand and then apply the unique and proprietary SUCCESS Code® strategies to drive sustained success and achievement professionally and personally. His keynotes offer an inspiring and yet practical set of insights and tools that the audience can understand and apply quickly to make a difference.
Before he became a leading motivational speaker Steve McNicholas has led several successful teams and businesses across the globe. He has held executive roles at RBS Group, TransUnion, and worked for several years in private equity. He decided to step away from corporate life a few years ago to pursue his lifelong interest in understanding and capturing the ‘secrets’ to succeeding and how he could help develop winners in business and also in life as well!
His first book, Recipe for Success, was co-authored with New York Times best-selling author Jack Canfield and reached best-seller status upon release. Steve later published his follow-up book in 2019, Unlock the SUCCESS Code® – 7 Steps to Succeed in Life and Work. The book has already achieved best-seller status on both Amazon UK and Amazon US.
Currently, speaker Steve McNicholas advises several businesses on the challenges they face and is retained to help teach, coach and mentor the management and leadership teams of these organisations to succeed against the various challenges they face. He has also been invited to Harvard Business School to share and develop his expertise on how to maintain success and excellence in any organisation.
As well as speaking, Steve also offers group coaching programs, seminars, and leadership workshops to further share the insights and ‘Code Blocks’ to winning, achieving, and succeeding, professionally and personally!
