Leadership at the Defense Intelligence Agency
During her time at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, Tyler served as a Senior Intelligence Officer, Deputy Cyber Division Chief of the Special Communications Division, and a Cyber Subject Matter Expert selected by the DIA Science and Technologies Directorate. In these roles, she developed highly technical cyber solutions, led cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and played a key role in shaping critical cyber directives affecting both current and future intelligence community programs.
Her work supported the White House, the Department of Defense, federal law enforcement, and the intelligence community in countering significant cyber threats. Tyler also developed and led interagency working groups and task forces responsible for assessing, coordinating, and deploying advanced technical capabilities. Many of these techniques and training programs remain in use by U.S. Special Forces and intelligence organizations conducting high-risk missions and special operations.

Following her government service, Tyler transitioned into the private sector, where she served as Director of the Cyber Risk Management group at AT&T.
