I've worked with Adam for 2.5 years as part of the Communications team at Staples. Adam's passion and expertise in social media have led to building a solid fan base for Staples across all social media platforms, built exposure for the brand and created opportunities to engage Staples customers in ways they haven't been in the past. Adam was professional and cheerful while managing a variety of stakeholders (e.g., clients, bloggers etc.) in a social media campaign. Each week, Adam used the analytics data to tweak the campaign to achieve increasing engagement. He provided the clients with meaningful suggestions to maximize their engagement while increasing their pageviews and sign-ups during the campaign.
