Although a lot has been said about AI, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and 5G, one of the most powerful changes in the business world is being overlooked and dismissed as being too distant. That change is cognitive or robotic transformation and the impact it will have on the creation of the new services, new business models and, essentially, a new human experience. Digital Revolution has led to “digitalization” of processes and the creation of service-based platforms. As AI will enter everyday objects, not just devices, cognitive transformation will allow us to manipulate the real world and the impact will be nothing short of revolutionary.
In this session, you will learn:
Within the next few years, all technology, including AI, bots, 5G, and digital twins, will turn into a mainstream reality. This technology will become the new “chromosome” that rewrites business rules and reconfigures the “genetic code” of organizations. The Future of Management is based on the latest MIT research, with its technological impact “decoded” for management leaders in a practical and industry-specific way.
In this session, you will learn:
Whether the company is selling toothpaste or offering insurance, one thing is clear: Everyone is in the tech business today. Digital evolution and new technologies quickly make traditional marketing techniques obsolete. This session focuses on profit-driven strategies that are rooted in psychology and used by the leading startups to boost sales, communicate more authentically and turn skeptics into brand followers.
In this session, you will learn:
McKinsey hypothesizes that by 2025 more than 30 percent of global economic activity could be mediated by digital platforms. These platform companies are widely instilling service-dominant logic, creating the true Platform Economy. In order to survive and thrive through this change, brands will have to evolve into ecosystems and marketing leaders play the central role in this transition.
