FUTURE THINKING PRINCIPLES

Despite the increasingly accelerated pace of technological innovation, disruption doesn’t happen overnight. There are signs of disruption that can be seen if one knows where to look. The Future Thinking Principles, helps you recognize tech ripples and gives industry leaders practical tools to interpret change with remarkable certainty, redesign business models and choose the best course of action in the VUCA world.

In this session, you will learn:

  • The “Emerging Expectations Inbound” method helps to understand shifts in customer expectations across different industries will “expand” and “overflow” to seemingly unrelated markets and then leverage this knowledge to design innovative products and services.
  • The “Reverse Engineering of Innovation” method, which focuses on analyzing innovative solutions across different industries in order to grasp the main psychological insight behind their creation.
  • The “Lead by the Future” method, which helps you to choose the best course of action, by evaluating “Possible Futures” and extreme consequences that certain technologies will trigger within the particular market.

FUTURE OF BUSINESS: From Digital to Cognitive Transformation

Although a lot has been said about AI, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and 5G, one of the most powerful changes in the business world is being overlooked and dismissed as being too distant. That change is cognitive or robotic transformation and the impact it will have on the creation of the new services, new business models and, essentially, a new human experience. Digital Revolution has led to “digitalization” of processes and the creation of service-based platforms. As AI will enter everyday objects, not just devices, cognitive transformation will allow us to manipulate the real world and the impact will be nothing short of revolutionary.

In this session, you will learn:

  • The biggest misconceptions about robotic transformation and why robots need to be seen more as “cell phones with hands” vs. enemies that take over the world
  • The disruptive role automatization will have in seemingly unrelated industries and how these innovations will be used to boost profits and anticipate customer needs within your market
  • Why intelligent automation will either exponentially boost the efficiency of every organizational function or blow out inefficiency and how to tell the difference between the two

THE FUTURE OF MANAGEMENT: Innovation Chromosome

Within the next few years, all technology, including AI, bots, 5G, and digital twins, will turn into a mainstream reality. This technology will become the new “chromosome” that rewrites business rules and reconfigures the “genetic code” of organizations. The Future of Management is based on the latest MIT research, with its technological impact “decoded” for management leaders in a practical and industry-specific way.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Why digital twins will become strategic for managing companies, boost decision-making and fail-proof innovation initiatives
  • With the lowered cost of predictions, how will the companies change and what’s the practical value behind the Forecast-as-a-Service?
  • How will the role of the manager change and when will there be a need to “orchestrate” the bots that will manage business?

MARKETING: Psychology Behind Profit

Whether the company is selling toothpaste or offering insurance, one thing is clear: Everyone is in the tech business today. Digital evolution and new technologies quickly make traditional marketing techniques obsolete. This session focuses on profit-driven strategies that are rooted in psychology and used by the leading startups to boost sales, communicate more authentically and turn skeptics into brand followers.

In this session, you will learn:

  • What authentic marketing “hacks” successful startups use that help new products and services quickly cross the threshold from “early adopters” to the “mainstream market”
  • What is the Customer Expectation Curve and how “wow” features in unrelated industries turn into “must-haves” within your market
  • How to leverage new technologies to turn customer pain points into fun experiences and why marketing innovation as “surprising” slows down its adoption and what to do instead

FUTURE OF MARKETING: The Era of Ecosystems

McKinsey hypothesizes that by 2025 more than 30 percent of global economic activity could be mediated by digital platforms. These platform companies are widely instilling service-dominant logic, creating the true Platform Economy. In order to survive and thrive through this change, brands will have to evolve into ecosystems and marketing leaders play the central role in this transition.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Why established brands with the greatest market share are the ones most subject to risk and why they should be the ones redefining their perimeter of market influence.
  • How the “Primeness” subscription business model will facilitate companies transition to ecosystems and why the future of competition will be driven by data-share vs. market-share
  • Why within the platform economy being a big business and having a big impact on the market will become two distinct concepts
