Andrew Senduk’s journey began early, washing cars at age ten taught him the fundamentals of hard work and customer focus. Within months, he earned more than his previous job, proving his entrepreneurial instincts right. That turning point set him on a lifelong mission: to transform ideas into thriving ventures that create impact and inspire others to do the same.
Throughout his career, Andrew has founded, scaled, and led multiple companies across diverse industries. He co-founded Orami, later acquired by Sirclo, and served as Managing Director at Workmate, which was acquired by Persol (TYO:218). Across his ventures, he generated more than $100 million in sales, raised over $30 million in funding, and built teams that grew from 1 to 600 people in under two years. Today, as the CEO & Founder of Findfusion Venture Studio, he develops AI-driven solutions designed to help businesses adapt and lead in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
