Annemarie facilitated one of our company's early focused discussions on diversity & inclusion. Her deep knowledge and ability to connect to the audience in a virtual setting was fantastic. In an interactive style that encouraged participation, this session was a great foundation-builder for future events to continue building awareness on this important topic.

Having attended numerous corporate inclusion events over the years, I've often found them well-intentioned but lacking in truly raising the bar. Being able to expand inclusion without alienating those already considered included requires wisdom and grace. Annemarie goes beyond educating on definitions, statistics and next steps. Her human-to-human conversations naturally transform understanding. And for the first time, as a white, heterosexual, non-disabled female who already considers herself an ally, did I not feel any guilt, debt, or shame simply for being on the 'bad' side of the topic. Annemarie doesn't just talk about or educate on inclusion, she creates it.

Annemarie is a passionate and dedicated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leader who is committed to supporting individuals and organizations move through their DEI journey with integrity. Annemarie facilitated an engaging and impactful DEI & Unconscious bias training workshop, which set the foundation for DEI work at WorkTango. Her strong facilitation skills, insights, expertise and warm personality make her wonderful to work with, and easy to learn from. We have accelerated our DEI journey as a result of her training, and we highly recommend her services to any organization looking to start or continue their DEI journey.
