I had the pleasure of working with Aoife to deliver Imposter Syndrome event to IOB members. From start to finish the experience of working with Aoife was seamless and efficient– booking in a chat with her, getting all the information and then the talk itself. She is a very knowledgeable speaker, and her enthusiasm and expertise is very evident throughout. We had great feedback from the participants who left with insights and tips on how to overcome the imposter syndrome. I look forward to working with Aoife again.

I have worked with Aoife on several occasions whilst working at two different companies and have very much enjoyed partnering with her recently for our Women at Ciena ERG initiatives and our 'Thrive' employee development program on the topic of Imposter Syndrome! Our Women at Ciena event on 'Imposter Syndrome' was a great success with over 70 participants from different countries around the world and similarly, our 50+ Thrive program participants greatly appreciated learning more about this topic and how to overcome Imposter syndrome, many of whom are from underrepresented minority groups and could therefore strongly resonate with this topic and understand how to navigate this! Aoife was extremely flexible and friendly when working with us and was happy to customize the Imposter Syndrome session to meet the goals and outcomes of our Thrive development program, including inviting our Ciena leaders onto the session and engaging them in the discussion so our participants could hear their experiences! Aoife's delivered the session with confidence and great clarity for our global audience and understood how to engage our virtual participants and really get the discussion going! It is clear that she is extremely knowledgeable in this subject and able to talk to this very naturally. I would truly recommend Aoife to anyone who is looking to deliver education to their employees on imposter syndrome, what it is, how it shows up and how to overcome this! She is extremely helpful and collaborative and will help to customize the content and delivery based on your audience and requirements!

As Chair of the Womens' Network at the Central Bank of Ireland, we are always looking for ways to empower and support our colleagues. This year to mark IWD 2023 we were delighted to welcome Aoife to discuss and unpack the concept of imposter syndrome. It was a pleasure to work with Aoife leading up to IWD. She is creative, positive and solution focused. The session she delivered to colleagues was impactful and thought provoking and challenged us to better understand ourselves and our motivations. I had the pleasure of having Aoife as a guest speaker for “Beyond the Pizza Party: Modern Employee Recognition for all Organizations” as part of Intranet Connections thought leadership webinar series. We had great success with 80+ registrations in different positions from various industries including financial, government and healthcare. Aoife spoke on the importance of employee recognition regarding employee engagement, retention and workplace happiness. She brought in an incredible amount of knowledge, ideas and offered practical solutions that organizations could immediately implement. In addition, I appreciated how eager and easy it was to work with Aoife. She is a true thought leader that is easy to communicate with, personable and professional.
