From young mother to successful businesswoman, inspiring writer, and kickboxer, Carola experienced a burnout at the age of 35. A concept she had never taken seriously until shortly before. She didn't believe in it. Yet it happened, two years after her divorce. She fell apart, called the doctor, packed her bags, and headed to Italy, high in the mountains, for a silence retreat. There, she recovered and shifted gears in her life.
From tough, masculine energy to a softer, feminine energy. Instead of always fighting, she started dancing. And the love for herself unfolded more and more. Everything she learned during this period, she implemented in her own life.
