It’s worth knowing that Debbie wears many other hats besides being a sought-after international speaker. For instance, she sits on London’s Business Advisory Board and serves as a senior advisor at McKinsey. Debbie’s expertise and business experience caught the UK government’s attention, which entrusted her with an advisory role on business matters.

In 2016, Debbie Wosskow discovered that women received only 2% of capital generated in the UK. Her other discoveries included fewer women in leadership positions (one in six positions) and the domination of men in the senior investment space. These realities prompted her into co-founding AllBright two years later. The platform helps female entrepreneurs to network and find capital. On top of running meetups and masterclasses (physical and digital), AllBright also plays host to pitch days, which make it possible for budding entrepreneurs to secure investors. It does this in collaboration with Goldman Sachs.

Wosskow co-authored ”Believe, Build, Become,” a must-read for those looking to supercharge their career. In terms of education, she holds an MA in Philosophy and Theology from New College, Oxford. As an authoritative speaker, she routinely talks about the challenges and business potential of various technologies, including the metaverse, NFTs, and Web3.
