Rebecca founded Icueity, an organisation that empowers people, in 2018. Backed by her extensive knowledge in biology, Icueity is a mobile application that helps one to explore a comprehensive approach to limiting qualities and personal traits. In so doing, the app aims to identify the gap between how we perceive ourselves and how other people perceive us.
Known for her expertise in self-awareness, Rebecca is also a top author. Her book, “Instinct” helps you to rewire your brains through scientifically proven strategies. She breaks down this topic in most of her talks. Combining human’s innate behaviour with science, Rebecca has achieved industry-defining results as a keynote speaker, with her clients experiencing improved productivity and success.
Dr. Rebecca graduated with a Master’s in biology from Binghamton University, while her Ph.D. is from The University of Memphis. Having been a teacher and researcher at institutions such as South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics, she was entrusted with overseeing a new project for young entrepreneurs, highlighting her authority in the industry.
After her impactful role in the public sector, Rebecca shifted focus to private corporations. She now dedicates her energy to talks on teamwork and fearless leadership backed by science.

Fear(less) Diversity is all about not running away from the critical conversations we need to better understand the instincts and systems that drive us to carry bias. No matter our background, we all carry some shortcuts and biases about others (and ourselves!). It doesn’t make us bad people – it makes us human! But when we understand the programming that drive these stories, we can be more effective in intervening before they negatively affect out relationships and performance.
