Speaker Jonny Shannon went from growing up in a caravan while failing in his studies due to his learning disabilities to joining the military and shortly after that starting multiple million & billion-dollar companies, to now becoming the most requested speaker in Australia. In essence, Jonny’s story is one of the rags to riches, focusing on the importance of mental health, human connection, and the fast adoption of technology.

Shannon is the founder, and CEO of Gamify, a gamification software platform built for marketing campaign focused minigames, eLearning systems, and gamified corporate systems. Gamify’s platform has previously won awards from both Microsoft & IBM. Jonny was also one of the founders of Pushpay, an app that encourages people to give to Churches and Charities. Currently valued at over $1 Billion while helping facilitate the generous giving over $100 Billion a year from its users.

Jonny is currently a key stakeholder and CEO of PostHarvest, a company that has developed a non-invasive Environmental Sensor to monitor the health conditions of fresh produce traveling through the supply chain. This technology provides actionable data that can significantly reduce produce waste; with this achievement, PostHarvest was awarded the Innovation Award at both the United Fresh and SingularityU conferences in 2019.
