About Bullying

  • Bullying is often connected to kids and school but can also become a problem in a work surrounding. Bullying is considered any action that uses superior strength or influence to intimidate someone. Usually, the oppressor forces the victim to do something he or she does not want to.
  • Bullying in a work environment is an unacceptable situation. It is important, both for leaders and employees, to create a healthy and work in a comfortable environment. Bullying not only affects the individuals’ psyche but can furthermore negatively influence the economic outcome of a company.
  • A seminar or talk about bullying and bully prevention can be directed to schools, students as well as officials but can also be useful as a part of an employee workshop.
