Michael has written his 9 books over the last 14 years. His first three books dealt with how to bridge the generation gap - specifically how to lead and connect with Millennials. His fourth book looked at why even the most successful businesses become obsolete and how to avoid their fate. In 2016 his book “Momentum: How to Build it, Keep it, or Get it Back” hit stores worldwide exploring the keys to achieving flow-state productivity, unstoppable vitality and sustained success in business and life.

Michael's 2018 release was a bit of a breakout success. It highlighted the key trends that will be game changers in the coming decade while outlining a game plan for staying one step ahead of disruption. In 2019 he released 2 books, the first, “Teaching for Tomorrow” focused on the education sector and explored how policy makers and classroom educators can equip today's students for tomorrow. His 8th book “The Case for Character” examines the latest consumer trends data and highlights why transparency, trust and clarity of purpose are increasingly essential for any business or institution.

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Michael released a digital book called 'The New Now' (2021) which outlines the 10 trends that are set to dominate a post-COVID world and how organisations and leaders can gear up for them.
