She started this path of passion & purpose as Regional VP for a global human performance development firm before launching her own practice and then co-building DH. Before unleashing human potential, she was a software sales & business executive with over 15 years of technology space. Shereen is a lead coach and senior consultant with Delivering Happiness, LLC, focused on cultivating sustainable culture change and transformative employee engagement that reinvents the work experience.
Her clients range from a 50 person hi-tech startup looking to boost innovation to a - A 2,000 strong retail organization creating a culture where employees and customers, and a Flourish Healthcare organization with up to 60,000 employees creating a high-empathy patient experience. She has also worked with organizations and spoken at events in the USA, Middle East, and Europe/Eastern Europe. Raised internationally, residing in the U.S., and educated in both, she considers herself a world student and thus draws on global philosophies.
