Stephen's creative journey spans more than two decades. After studying design and filmmaking at Central Saint Martins and the University of Kent, he built an impressive career across advertising, design and film production. His background gives him a unique perspective on creativity, innovation and leadership, making his talks relevant across industries.
As a senior graphic designer, Stephen worked with renowned creative agencies including VCCP and Ogilvy, contributing to campaigns for globally recognised brands such as Thomson Reuters and O2. These experiences taught him how creativity can solve complex challenges, strengthen collaboration and drive meaningful results.
He later joined KPMG, where he established and led the firm's motion design and video production teams across both the UK and India. During a decade of leadership, Stephen built creative teams, developed innovative content and demonstrated how vision, collaboration and adaptability can transform organisations from within.
Today, he continues this work through SLTV Studios, where he combines filmmaking, storytelling and creative strategy to help clients communicate with greater impact.

His acclaimed short film Epiphany draws inspiration from his upbringing in Hackney and the resilience of his mother, who belongs to the Windrush generation. The film has received international recognition and multiple awards, demonstrating Stephen's ability to transform personal experiences into stories with universal relevance.
Alongside his filmmaking education, Stephen also trained at Mountview Theatre School. Following graduation, he worked as a supporting artist on well-known television and film productions including EastEnders, Judge Dredd, Miranda and Desmond's. These experiences deepened his understanding of storytelling, performance and human connection, all of which enrich his keynote presentations today.
