When he was 39 years old, Weldon Long was living in a homeless shelter following a 13-year stint in prison. Convicted as a felon three times and dropping out of high school in the 9th grade, Weldon didn't have the greatest of starts in life. However, he turned things around after knocking on many doors for six months and getting himself a job in sales. Quickly he became one of the country's top sales leaders and opened his own company. Weldon has shown that regardless of what life has dealt so far, things can always be turned around.
Living with his wife and two children in Colorado, Weldon has demonstrated that the hard life dealt you in the past does not have to define your future. From being a prisoner and then living in a homeless shelter, Weldon turned things around and became the accomplished entrepreneur and sales expert we know today. He created his own company in 2004, which was selected by Inc. Magazine as being one of the fastest-growing privately-owned businesses in the country in 2009. Weldon's book teaching the power of consistency became a New York Times bestseller, demonstrating the demand for what he has to say.

Taking the time to learn what's most important to a client's business, Weldon has worked with global companies such as FedEx and Wells Fargo, among others. When he's not traveling around the country for speaking and business engagements, Weldon enjoys playing a round of golf with his friends and taking his wife out on dates. He can often be found leaving the cooking for the chefs and finding the best steak a town has to offer. Audiences are always motivated and impressed by Weldon's keynotes, his personal background being a big part of this success.
