Yvonne Eshuis is an entrepreneur, wellbeing expert, and founder of The Good Life Tools, an organization that helps people and workplaces strengthen resilience and wellbeing. Her journey began in the fast-paced world of corporate law, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Despite her professional success, Yvonne realized that fulfillment and performance couldn’t thrive without wellbeing at their core.

Her turning point came at just 27, when she became a caretaker for several sick family members while managing a demanding career. This experience transformed her understanding of health, stress, and energy. It taught her that wellbeing is not something we pursue once we’re exhausted, it’s the foundation that supports every part of our lives.

Driven by this realization, Yvonne shifted her career path and founded The Good Life Tools to help others take ownership of their health and happiness. Today, she is one of the most engaging voices on workplace wellbeing, leadership resilience, and personal balance.
