About Middle East
- The Middle East is a region that spreads over Western Asia and Egypt. The Middle East has a long and traditional history and was once the center of world affairs. Originally, it is a culturally very diverse area with the Islam as the largest religion.

- In the Middle East political conflicts are happening on a daily basis. The demonstrations of the Arab Spring in 2011 and the ongoing Gaza conflict are just examples for the diverse contentions in the region, which are often connected to societal changes and modernity.
