In a busy everyday life, it can be difficult to check off both exercise, a varied diet, and mindfulness—but according to nutrition specialist Anna Iversen, it makes a lot of sense and is well worth the effort… As a follow-up to our health screening, the employees at Lyras were recently offered a talk on nutrition, diet, and health, followed by a body analysis that provided insights into muscle mass, body fat percentage, and the body’s biological age. With this knowledge, we can begin to understand our bodies on a deeper level and take steps toward preventing lifestyle diseases and improving our quality of life.
