I have known and worked with Aradhana for the last 17 years and so proud to observe her evolution as a follow-worthy leader and role model. She is a master strategist with a clear vision for the future. If you expect her to quietly “go along”, be non-confrontational and docile - a stereotype that is common for Indian women you will be surprised as she makes no apologies for who she is. Driven, focussed but also goofy with a distinctly energetic persona when she walks into any room, you feel it immediately. Intellectually a power house, always curious, sharp with a wit to match and really gifted with words, she has the unique ability to inspire change by breaking down complex ideas into easily understandable bite size solutions. One of the most captivating public speakers I have seen in my life - she really comes alive on stage and is a true delight to listen to and watch.
