Over 20 years experience in global economics turned Kjell into an appreciated advisor for different multinational companies. Kjell holds a doctoral degree in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics, where he also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Business until 2004. During this time, he defined his research areas and was able to gather fascinating insight into the topics of corporate strategy, multinational corporations and globalization.

Kjell has been responsible for the International Business course at the Stockholm School of Economics and is one of the founders of the school’s most prestigious management programs, “The Advanced Management Program – AMP”. AMP is a five week top-management program that attracts the elite of Scandinavian executives.

As a successful co-author of several books, he mostly works with his colleague Jonas Ridderstråle. The books Funky Business – Talent makes capital dance and Karaoke Capitalism: Management for Mankind were very successful and gave an unusual perspective on business firms and their leaders nowadays.
