Dr Lauren gave an excellent talk to the Mental Health ERG at Hudl, talking about the three G's, values and finding purpose on the path to healthy mental wellbeing. She was easy to work with, and really flexible with arranging a talk, and adapting her talk to match our theme. She's really engaging and friendly, and was a hit with our ERG. I'd happily recommend Dr Lauren, and would love to work with her again in the future.

Dr. Cook’s seminar was among the most popular we’ve seen in our Employee Resource Group. Her Riding the Waves presentation exceeded the already-high expectations we had set after meeting with Lauren—we've gotten so much positive feedback that we’re currently exploring video-translation software so that the recording isn’t limited to our English-speaking employees.
