Having spent 35 years as a gay, client-facing leader across financial and professional services organisations worldwide, he brings a perspective grounded in reality, shaped by both personal and professional journeys spanning from the 1980s through to today.
His career enables him to draw meaningful lessons from changing workplace cultures over time, offering audiences a rare combination of historical insight and forward-looking thinking. Geff’s approach is practical and business-focused, ensuring that inclusion is not treated as a standalone initiative, but as a strategic driver aligned with organisational priorities.
