Earlier in his career, Gopal RajGuru played a central role in establishing and expanding the international operations of WRQ, an American networking software company.

The organisation’s operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific grew into a business generating more than $100 million in annual revenue. Through this work, he gained deep experience in building international teams and scaling business operations across multiple markets.

Working in fast-moving technology environments provided first-hand insight into the challenges leaders face when trying to grow organisations.
