Speaker Heather Younger actually has an educational background in political science and law, but quickly found an interest for the significant relationship between a leader and the employee. She noticed that many employees never get a chance to speak their mind even though they have valid opinions and ideas. She wanted to set an example to other leaders and made it her mission in her job to really listen to and ask members of her team.

Today, she is not only a international speaker, podcast host, and Forbes Coaches Council coach, she is also the founder and CEO of Customer Fanatix – a consulting firm with the aim to transform leadership behaviors to engage and motivate employees. Here, Heather gets to deliver her message of putting employees first. Other than speaking, Heather does leadership training, employee focus group moderation and consulting. She is also the host of the podcast “Leadership with Heart”.
