If I had to describe this session to a friend or colleague, I would say that Jen did an incredible job unpacking Imposter Syndrome in a way that released much of the stigma and negative feelings often attached to it. She normalized the experience by sharing examples of strong, well‑known leaders who also wrestle with Imposter Syndrome, which made it feel less isolating. Jen then guided us through a thoughtful process to help each person reflect on what might be causing their own feelings, drawing attention to how our brains interpret perceived threats based on past experiences. What stood out most was her honesty—she reminded us that Imposter Syndrome isn’t something we can simply “overcome,” but rather something we can understand and neutralize.
