Meet Jenny Evans
Jenny Evans has built both her career and her life around a fascination with human performance. Driven by confidence, creativity, stubbornness and what she describes as a useful amount of naïveté, she has followed her passion for understanding what helps people reach their potential and turned that passion into a career helping others do the same.
Today, Jenny is an inspirational speaker, author and organizational consultant focused on resilience, stress, confidence and human performance. She is the founder and CEO of PowerHouse Performance, where her work centers on a challenge familiar to organizations everywhere: how can people continue to perform at a high level when demands, pressure and stress keep increasing?
Jenny brings practical answers to that question. Her work helps audiences tap into their personal power and confidence, expand their capacity for stress and learn how to recover from it more quickly and effectively. The result is an approach to performance that connects productivity with health rather than treating the two as competing priorities.
Resilience that works in real life
Jenny’s expertise is grounded in the relationship between the mind, body, stress and performance. Rather than treating resilience as an abstract idea, she gives people strategies they can understand and apply in demanding everyday situations.
She is the author of the award-winning book The Resiliency rEvolution: Your Stress Solution for Life – 60 Seconds at a Time. Its focus reflects a central theme in Jenny’s work: meaningful improvements in resilience do not always require sweeping changes. Small, practical actions can help people respond differently to pressure and improve the way they function when demands are high.
Her work helps audiences:
- Increase their capacity for stress and pressure
- Recover from stressful situations more quickly and effectively
- Tap into greater personal power and confidence
- Improve performance and productivity
- Support their health while pursuing demanding goals
- Develop practical approaches to sustainable human performance
For organizations, these insights offer a way to address performance from a human perspective. Jenny understands that employees and leaders cannot simply eliminate pressure from their professional lives. Instead, they can become better equipped to deal with it.
