Coaching

ON STAGE
Most business men and women didn’t enter the workplace to be performers – but to present that’s what you have to be. You have a stage, lights, a microphone and an audience – that means it’s a show – so you better know how to perform.

The Voice is an amazing instrument. Played well it can create rich dividends. Jon is able to coach and train presenters to not only use their voice more effectively but also to give their presentations a much greater impact – simply by explaining the techniques of the presenter. Jon can use his years of experience as a presenter to train and coach your speakers.  Unlocking the fears that people have of speaking in public and adding polish to those who are already comfortable on stage is vital for a successful event.

CHARISMA WORKSHOP

If you thought Charisma was something bestowed purely upon the fortunate few….

Then think again.

We all know people who are charismatic and we can envy them at times too. They seem ultra cool and collected. They exude an aura of benevolence and calmness.  But what is it, and can you learn to have more Charisma?

Charisma is not something bestowed upon the fortunate few – it’s a set of behaviours. And since we can all change our behaviours, it’s not a big step to become more charismatic. The likes of politicians such as Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and David Cameron or movie stars such as George Clooney, Joanna Lumley, Dame Helen Mirren, Oprah Winfrey and many others use these skills on a daily basis. They’ve learned them so well that it has become part of their daily behaviour – and you can learn them too.

Whether at work, dealing with new clients – persuading people to buy your services or products, or in your personal life, out on a date, meeting new friends or relatives for the first time, this workshop unveils the secrets that movers and shakers use every day.

Jon has interviewed many of the people who use these techniques and in conjunction with the Spontaneity Shop can now teach you how to adapt your behaviour and understand the processes that go on within these personal interactions.

The workshop  lasts around 3 and a half hours followed by the  chance to sit with others on the course and discuss what you’ve learned.

Jon has trained to present The Charisma Key course for both individuals and companies. You can unlock your charisma and your potential in just a matter of a few hours.

I am delighted to tell you that I have received fantastic feedback from both clients and IBM’ers attending last week in Monte Carlo. The Agenda and business context of the conference is of the utmost importance, but cannot stand alone. The way it is presented is sometimes even more important and this is where you have had a key role and also made a significant difference.

Soren Christiansen – Conference Manager – IBM Nordic – Monte Carlo

Thank you for a very good and well accomplished mission. We were lucky to have you. The feed-back on your achievement is nothing but praise. And everybody I spoke to (also in some 80 e-mails that Annika has received this morning!) said that you added trust and depth to the event. Your questions were vital.
