During the pandemic, Karen started as a Personal Brand entrepreneur, became a Master of Ceremony and Moderator where she presented within four years high level events for the European Commission, SolarPower Europe and worked for clients such as Google, Porsche, Vertis Environmental Finance, Tata Steel, European Shippers Council, Erasmus University Rotterdam and more.
She is an enthusiastic, well-prepared to perfection personality who, above all, is energized and committed to creating a positive impact that sets people into motion.

The answer is inside of you, yet because of the noise around you in your head, it often gets drowned out, making it difficult to hear your inner voice clearly.

As an advocate for women, she gave talks and hosted workshops with organizations such as African Women Innovation Entrepreneurship Forum, Cherie Blair Foundation, IEEE Women in Engineering. Now, she’s Head of Brand & Communications at TEDxAmsterdam Women. Her goal is to provide both women and men with practical tools to build more confidence and bring their value to the professional table with a spiritual twist. That twist involves listening to the heart, the mind and your gut. For women their womb.
