Laurie, a former Innovation Manager for corporate organizations such as the Ministry of Defense, Google, and Philips, has learned that it is not the innovations themselves that drive change in a company, but the innovators who make the transformation and ensure the company thrives during global changes.
She has identified three steps for leadership and achieving results: dreaming to innovate, daring to make decisions, and taking action. She not only applies these principles to her personal life, such as moving from the Netherlands to a tropical island and becoming a digital nomad, but also uses her knowledge to inspire young leaders to speak up and take action. Her goal is to help companies leverage external developments as a means of growth and make a positive impact in a rapidly changing world.
