Keynote speaker Nashater Solheim holds a doctorate in Psychology from University of Surrey, UK and is a Master Negotiator from Harvard Law School’s Executive Program. Today she is the CEO and founder of Progressing Minds AS specialising in negotiation and influence training for business performance improvement.

During her career Dr. Nashater Solheim has gained over 23 years of business leadership experience in diverse, complex organisations and across industries including Government UK & Norway, Corporate, Private & Public Health, Oil & Gas and including building own businesses. During that time she has also moderated events and conferences at the national level, been an executive coach for CEOs, executives and teams, and  trained competence in strategic thinking and influence.

Nashater talks about the power of psychological influence in building the culture you need, motivating teams, negotiating with leaders, stakeholders and even adversaries – particularly in  times of challenging changes. The key is in investigative preparation, smart questions, persuasive body language, as well as a tactical management of the agenda and physical room. As the world increasingly becomes more connected and integrated across businesses, cross-cultural collaboration relies on smart influencing skills by any leader or professional.
