From Hospitality Roots to Global Influence
Rebecca’s journey began in hospitality a field where human connection and energy are everything. Over 13 years, she held senior leadership roles in People Services at brands such as Wynn & Encore Las Vegas, Marriott Hotels, and Allegiant Airlines. At Allegiant, her innovative talent programs helped earn Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Interview” distinction. Later, as part of Pinnacle Entertainment’s executive team, she shaped HR strategy for 16,000+ employees during a $2.8 billion merger with Boyd Gaming and Penn National Gaming.
Her ability to lead through change and elevate organizational culture became her signature. These early experiences shaped her belief that leadership is an energy exchange one that can transform entire organizations when harnessed intentionally.
Chief Energy Officer: A New Era of Workplace Culture
In 2021, Rebecca was appointed Chief Energy Officer at Caesars Entertainment, where she led bi-monthly summits across 55+ U.S. properties. Her sessions focused on teaching emerging leaders to lead with vitality, purpose, and influence. This role crystallized her vision of leadership rooted in energy awareness an approach that empowers people to shift from merely surviving to genuinely thriving at work.
Today, through Energetic Impact, Rebecca collaborates with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and government organizations to redesign leadership for a new generation. Her audiences span from TEDx to IBM, Dell Technologies, LVMH, Johnson & Johnson, and beyond.
